Seminar, conference and convention venues for events of all types. A well-appointed conference hall and many facilities for business and other meetings.
- Optimus Hall: a 240-square-metre conference hall with optimum conditions for hosting business and other meetings of up to 140 people
- Conference hall: for up to 220 people; possibility of setting up partitions and various layouts
- Small boardroom in Hotel Šport suites: 20 sq m, for up to 12 people
- Restaurant Tango: size 300 sq m, up to 250 people; also suitable for various celebrations
- Small Tango: a separate 20-square-metre section of the restaurant, suitable for working meetings of up to 30 people
- Seminar facilities at Otočec Castle Hotel*****: for up to 15 people.

Free WLAN access for wireless Internet communication in all seminar facilities (except for Restaurant Tango and Small Tango).

Otočec Sports and Recreation Centre's multipurpose hall can be hired for big events: up to 1,500 people. Gatherings of 1,000-plus people can also be arranged in the open air or in a large tent: on a glade by the River Krka or a glade adjacent to Otočec Castle.
