Over 30% women and 20% men older than 60 years suffer from osteoporosis.
The programme includes:
- initial consultation with a physician
- 3x manual back massage
- 5x magnet-therapy
- 5x professionally guided therapeutic gymnastics
- teaching on healthy diet and appropriate physical activities
Group pool exercise is held daily throughout the duration of the programme.
