VitaDetox

VitaDetox is a unique detoxification programme that speeds up the elimination of harmful substances from the body and improves its energy balance. It involves nutritional detoxification with fasting (a special diet consisting of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices or of whey and soups), tailored physical activity and a range of new detoxification treatments. The programme is led by a personal trainer and a nutritionist, who tailor it individually according to your needs and preferences.

The programme includes:

• medical examination
• condition assessment: cardiac test, tissue structure analysis
• initial and final consultation on nutrition and expert advice on physical exercise
• therapies: fango body packs, colon cleansing, detoxification aromatherapy (massage), spending time in bio-spectrum sauna, lymph drainage
• physical activity: altitude training, Nordic walking outdoors or pace exercise, Pilates, aerobics in thermal water
• relaxation and body care: peeling, detoxifying thermal whirlpool, classic body massage
