medical examination
condition assessment: cardiac test, tissue structure analysis
initial and final consultation on nutrition, expert advice on physical activity
therapies: lymphatic drainage, infrared radiation lipolysis (Medisat), altitude training with personal trainer
physical activity: Nordic walking or pace exercise, water aerobics, Pilates, swimming, CardioCross training
relaxation and body care: slimming aromatherapy (massage), beneficial body treatment to firm up and regenerate the skin and to accelerate weight loss, relaxing bath
